It consists of three floors, which includes sections and branches of the college as well as a suite for classrooms and laboratories for students to study Histology, Anatomy, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pathology, Physiology and computer sciences. It also includes the Internet unit, and a scientific library containing thousands of books and dozens of laser discs and offices of administrative and technical units.

The lab. Trains the first year students the basic bases for understanding the different concentrations of different chemicals. The students should be able to understand, the basis of various chemical reactions important from the health and medical point of view as well. Training the students of the second stage, on how to diagnose of various diseases through measuring of different concentrations related to those diseases such as, blood glucose, lipid profile, and liver enzymes levels. The students also learned how to withdraw blood from patients properly.

First established in 2010. It is located at the second floor of the main building of Kirkuk Medical College. It is equipped with brand new laboratory instruments, necessary for conducting research of different medical specializations like, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, etc. The lab. Receives higher studies ( M.Sc. and Ph.D) students, who had advantage of the lab. For conducting their research and publish papers in some medical journals with good impact factors. 

located at the first floor of the main building, the classroom supported with HP classroom manager, and Wi-Fi systems. In this room, the students of first year are trained on the practical part of information technology subject. Online exams of IT subject and the other subjects belong to the other scientific branches of the college are conducted through the college electronic administration system. This classroom belongs to computer and internet section.

The college's conference hall was recently built and is located behind the main college building, where all the conferences and activities of the college are held and can accommodate 200 people.
