On 31/3/2021, and as part of CME department’s activities, the Obstetrics and Gynecology branch held a scientific symposium on Zoom platform entitled “the latest updates of treatment of fetal growth delay” supervised by Prof. Dr. Sabah Zangana (the dean of Kirkuk Medical College). The symposium included an introduction about the fetal growth restriction complications presented by Assist. Prof. Dr. Isaraa Abdul-Karim (the head of Obstetrics and Gynecology branch), followed by a lecture about the risk factors and causes presented by Prof. Dr. Ayla Khadir Ghalib, another lecture about the Physiology of fetal development and growth done by Dr. Eman Ibrahim Fathe, another lecture about the diagnosis and follow-up of cases of fetal growth restriction presented by Assist. Prof. Dr. Aseel Ghazi Rafaat, and finally a lecture about the prediction and treatment presented by Assist. Prof. Dr.  Khalida Mohammad Amin. The symposium also contained several discussions on the above topic.
