As part of Kirkuk center’s for Iraqi board of internal medicine activities which is affiliated to medical college/ Kirkuk university and on 28/01/2021, a symposium about the study of mortalities presented by a third stage board student (Omar Muafaq). The symposium included discussion and study of the reasons resulted a death to a patient aged (51 years old) who undergone  sever and recurrent decreasing in the levels of blood sugar to lower than 20 mg/dL with sever lowering of blood Potassium’s level. The symposium came out with several imperative instructions when there is such a recurring situation in the future.
