On 4/22/2020 and at 12.30 pm, an electronic video meeting held for the board of Kirkuk Medical College, through the zoom program and in the presence of all the fourteen members of the board. There was an agreement on the following points:

1. Keeping up with the previously announced lesson schedules and for all the stages, and continue switching among the groups according to the previously installed timings.

2. Giving all the theoretical lectures on time, and have to be accompanied by audial or visual explanations or both and release them through Google classroom program.

3. Regarding the practical and clinical lectures, the board recommended that part of these practical and clinical lectures be given to the students and the other part which are consist of practical and clinical skills to be given whenever the official studying times restart again.

4. Emphasize on the attendance registration for the students.

5. It is allowed to download teaching videos on one condition that they have to be reviewed by each lecturer and a phrase should be written on each video says: This video reviewed by me and it is suitable for educational purposes.

6. Emphasize on performing online examinations.

7. Emphasize on putting in consideration the students feedback according to the previously ministerial recommendation on this issue.
